At BLITZD, we work hard to deliver fresh groceries to your doorstep as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ve created a fair and simple cancellation and refund process for you.
1. Order Cancellation
By Customer:
- You can cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched, directly from the app under “My Orders.”
- If your order is already out for delivery, cancellation may not be allowed.
- For prepaid orders cancelled in time, full refund will be processed automatically.
By BLITZD:
- We may cancel an order due to:
- Unavailable stock or delivery slots.
- Incomplete or incorrect address.
- Safety or operational issues.
- In such cases, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are automatically initiated for:
- Canceled orders (eligible cases).
- Missing or damaged items reported within 24 hours.
- Failed deliveries (e.g., if no one is available to receive the order).
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
3. Partial Refunds / Replacements
- If only part of your order is unavailable or incorrect:
- You may receive a partial refund for the missing/damaged item(s), or
- We may offer a free replacement, depending on availability and customer preference.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
- If you paid in cash and a refund is due, we will contact you to arrange a wallet refund, UPI transfer, or coupon.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Go to My Orders → Report Issue.
- Or email us at support@blitzd.in with your order ID and concern.
6. Important Notes
- Refunds may take slightly longer during bank holidays or technical delays.
- Repeated cancellations or abuse of refund requests may lead to account restrictions.
