• BLITZD delivers grocery items within Hyderabad city limits.
• All orders are subject to availability and delivery slot confirmation.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments can be made via UPI, cards, wallets, or COD (if available).
• If a product is unavailable after order placement, we will offer a refund or substitute.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Delivery

• Delivery time depends on your location and demand.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

6. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched.
• BLITZD reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues with availability, payment, or system error.

7. Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate our terms.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• There are repeated delivery issues or complaints.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our app or services.
